Return Policy

 We will only accept returns under the following conditions:

- Products with one-off production are not accepted.

- Chain Hoists, Lever Hoists, and Electric Hoists are not accepted.

- Products must be in perfect condition.

- Products must not have been in use.

- For products delivered in boxes or specific packaging, the original packaging or boxes must be used.

Additonal Requirements:

- The return shipment will be fully payed by the customer

- The original shipment cost will be additionally calculated and billed to the customer.

Up to 4 weeks after receipt of invoice: We will charge a 20% restocking fee.

Up to 3 months after receipt of invoice: We will charge a 35% restocking fee.

Up to 6 months after receipt of invoice: We will charge a 50% restocking fee.

Up to 12 months after receipt of invoice: We will charge a 80% restocking fee.

After 12 months after receipt of invoice: We will no longer accept any returns.
