The manual hand stacker stainless steel PLUS+ from Staplerlift was designed for use in areas in which hygiene regulations must be observed or the handling of special substances places special demands on the lifting device. This "Made in Italy" model combines the practical properties of pallet trucks and forklifts in a compact device.

By using stainless steel of specification AISI 304 (V2A) and the special hydraulic oil NSF-H1, this manual pedestrian stacker can be used in the food industry. In addition, the stainless steel PLUS+ hand stacker is also suitable for use in areas where clean room hygiene regulations apply - e.g. B. in the pharmaceutical industry, in health care, as well as in semiconductor production.
Lifting loads of up to 1000kg is done by simply manually pumping the user-friendly drawbar, which allows the lifting fork to reach a maximum height of 1650mm. Pallets can thus be removed from pallet racks with the manual hand stacker stainless steel PLUS+ for picking, for example, or stacked on top of each other for efficient use of space. In conjunction with the durable nylon tires and the easy steering, the tiller handle ensures stable and energy-saving driving. When driving slowly with the fork raised, safety is guaranteed by the braking system on the steering wheels, which means that the manual stacker truck can always be safely controlled by the operator.
After the end of use, it is generally recommended to clean the device with clear water. This manual hand stacker is not suitable for handling and transporting lattice boxes, iron pallets or similar load carriers.
