To operate the press for specific tasks, it must first be connected to the foot control with compressed air supply. The workshop press is adjusted to the workpiece by changing the table height of the press table. This can be adjusted using a hand winch, and you can choose from 7 different positions with locking pins and securing cotter pins. The variable support surface on the press table allows for the secure placement of workpieces of all kinds and can be aligned with the specific workpiece. The horizontally adjustable press cylinder is then positioned for optimal alignment above the workpiece to ensure a central orientation.

Once the workpiece is placed on the support surface, the pressing operation can be initiated by using the foot control. The pressure can be monitored using the pressure gauge located on top. Alternatively, the pneumatic force can be applied manually using the pump lever. When the pressing operation is completed, the press piston is retracted to its initial position thanks to the integrated return spring upon opening the valve.
